Sales Representative (JB Office)

JB Office, is an Office Supply company in Chatsworth with its founders having over 14 years of experience in the industry. The company has several divisions and is currently looking for Full & Part Time Sales Reps with the goal of working there for the long run, with an opportunity for advancement in our fast growing & diverse company. We are currently seeking people to work with us on taking JB Office to the next level. This is a two way investment in each other and is not a short term opportunity. While we are serious about business and our idea, we also have a company that is enjoyable to work for and which people can grow and learn from. No Office Space TPS reports!

Pay is $12/hr+ depending on experience and a very aggressive commission structure which also contains residual commission on accounts. You will have not only have the ability to make residual money but bonuses too. If you like meeting new people and making lots of money than this job is for you. Reps should make $36k-$120k in their first year depending on their hustle.

***Must have commissionable sales experience***

Creative thinking and also the ability to come up with innovative concepts and unconventional new ways to get to sell to the customers preferred. Must be comfortable managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines. Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is a plus though not required.

Ideal candidates would have the following knowledge:
- Computer savvy
- MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of selling, marketing and economics.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills and time management skills.
- The ability to conduct research: understanding of branding and pricing strategies.
